My favourite aspect about the classes are they are created in such a way to allow everyone to go at their own pace. They don't tell you do 30 burpees and 10 pushups they just tell you the workout and you have a time limit, you do as many as you can in that time. The first two weeks was difficult but as time goes on your body gets used to it and you can push through, and do more than when you first started. I'm in my third week now and I'm attempting to get in 3 days this week instead of 2. After 4 classes I'm already feeling great.
